(If this is a gift, please make sure to let the homeowners know we will be setting up in their yard).

Orders outside that area may have a delivery fee added depending on availability.

Weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay setups. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us, our clients or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.

The yard card greeting will be set up in a grassy area on the lawn. We recommend that the grass is watered the day before the event to make the set up easier. Please have the sprinkler systems turned OFF for the duration of the sign rental. Lawn cuttings should be completed prior to setup of the display. Please cancel all lawn maintenance during the rental period. Any items damaged during the maintenance of lawn will be charged to the renting party. Please make sure pets are safely in the house and will not cause a disturbance during setup. It’s also greatly appreciated if any pet waste is removed from the yard prior to installation.
